About the Client Care Coordinator Position

What you’ll be doing
As a Client Care Coordinator, you will handle a wide range of potential client engagement, sales, and intake duties, including:
- Build relationships with potential new clients
- Maintaining target conversion rates by successfully converting qualified potential new clients (PNCs) into scheduled consultations
- Demonstrating consistent responsiveness through timely communication and systematic follow-up with all PNCs
- Delivering exceptional PNC experience through accurate needs assessment, empathetic and professional communication, and timely consultation booking
- Handling confidential client and firm matters with discretion
- Performing data entry and management within a CRM with keen attention to detail
- Collaborating with team members to enhance client intake processes and improve firm-client relationships
- Attending and contributing to team meetings and participating in continuous learning opportunities
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or two years of relevant work experience
- At least two years of experience in customer service and/or sales
- Experience with a CRM, Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, and Clio or the ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and customer-service knowledge
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, be open to feedback, and embrace change
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to build collaborative relationships
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stellar writing abilities
- Commitment to work some weekends as needed
- A strong sense of community and a desire to network, market, and lead
- Access to reliable internet and phone to perform job duties
- Must be able to pass a background check

Hourly Pay Range: $18-$24
