Reyna Fisher is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Elise Buie Family Law Group (EBFLG), a role she has held since 2020. An experienced leader and strategist, Reyna has held leadership positions since 2013 and has specialized in law firm management since 2018.

As COO of EBFLG, Reyna leverages her diverse background and exceptional leadership skills to drive operational excellence, align business operations with the firm’s vision, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency across all departments. Her approach integrates care-centered practices, innovation, education, and systems to create an environment that is both effective and empathetic.

With a B.A. in sociology from the University of South Florida and an M.A. in counseling psychology from Adler University, Reyna’s steadfast but welcoming leadership style is deeply informed by her background.

Before joining Elise Buie Family Law Group, Reyna worked as a therapist for nonprofits, supporting adolescents coping with trauma, children with autism spectrum disorder, and individuals managing anxiety and depression. These experiences have shaped her ability to develop thoughtful, human-centered solutions within the firm’s operations.

Originally from Florida, Reyna has lived in Australia, England, and now Vancouver, Canada, while traveling extensively across Europe, Australia, and North America. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, reading, painting, kayaking, hiking, biking to the beach, and visiting local farmers’ markets. You can learn more about Reyna on LinkedIn.
