Erica Morgan brings over a decade of family law experience and a compassionate approach to guiding clients through challenging transitions. Licensed since 2010, Erica has honed her skills across various facets of family law, including child support, litigation, and the client experience.

As our Client Experience Manager at Elise Buie Family Law, Erica excels in connecting clients with the ideal legal support. Her unique background, which includes extensive travel and consultations across the country, allows her to offer a broad perspective on family law matters. Erica’s approach combines warmth and understanding with sharp analytical skills, ensuring that each client feels heard and supported from the very first meeting.

Beyond her role in consultations, Erica is dedicated to enhancing the overall client experience. She develops educational materials on topics such as residential schedules and financial declarations, and has played a key role in establishing the firm’s standards of client care.

Philosophy and Background

Erica’s academic achievements include a magna cum laude B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas.

Role in the Community

When not supporting clients, Erica enjoys reading, engaging in community service projects, and spending time outdoors with her spouse and two sons. Her personal experiences as a parent and her commitment to service add depth to her understanding of the challenges families face during divorce.
