Overview:

At Elise Buie Family Law Group (“EBFLG”), we redefine the standard of care in family law. We offer a dynamic and innovative work culture designed to empower you. Our vision is centered on facilitating successful and compassionate transitions for our clients while also fostering a workplace where our team members find purpose and joy, both professionally and personally.

Founded in 2015 by Elise Buie, our firm, based in Seattle, has embraced remote operations from day one. At EBFLG, we pride ourselves on maintaining civility throughout the divorce process, advocating fiercely for our clients and their children to ensure they emerge from challenges with dignity and resilience.

Who you’ll work with:

At Elise Buie Family Law Group, we’re all about care, integrity, and excellence. As part of our Client Care Team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales & Intake Director and Legal Services Team to guide prospective clients through a high-touch, consultative intake process. You will be on the front lines of transforming qualified leads into retained clients—creating positive first impressions and delivering a client-centered experience from day one.

Together, we form a cohesive team dedicated to compassion, connection, and growth in our careers and our lives. Join us at EBFLG, where each day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.

What you’ll be doing:

The Legal Sales Consultant (Client Relationship Manager) plays a key role in shaping the client experience and driving firm revenue. You’ll engage with prospective clients via phone and Zoom—listening to their needs, assessing whether and how our firm can help, and either connecting them with the right attorney at our firm for their situation or, when we’re not the best fit, providing referrals and helpful resources. You’ll collect and document key information in HubSpot and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to share insights on lead quality and process improvements. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading high-empathy, consultative Zoom or phone meetings with potential clients
  • Offering thoughtful, solutions-based guidance that aligns with our firm’s practice areas
  • Familiarity with divorce and family law
  • Maintaining and updating client records and notes in HubSpot
  • Collaborating with the legal team to recommend attorney-client pairings based on capacity and fit
  • Tracking and meeting conversion goals in alignment with our KPIs and team capacity
  • Providing insight to marketing and leadership teams based on client interactions
  • Helping to improve internal resources and processes as part of a feedback-driven culture

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a strong performance record
  • Strong emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A growth mindset, a collaborative spirit, and a deep sense of compassion, care, and service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to build quick rapport with prospective clients and work within a structured process
  • Strong technology skills and familiarity with HubSpot, Dropbox, Slack, Apple, MS Office 365, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Familiarity with Family Law, Estate Planning, or Probate is a plus—but not required
  • A collaborative spirit, strong problem-solving abilities, and a drive to improve processes
  • Openness to coaching and comfort with radical candor
  • Reliable internet and phone access
  • Ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds and build meaningful relationships
  • A sense of humor and big dreams!

What you get:

  • A supportive, innovative, and values-aligned workplace culture
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives
  • Ongoing professional development and mentorship
  • Remote flexibility and collaborative team environment
  • Full-time employees and/or their dependents are offered partially subsidized medical and dental insurance, long-term disability, life insurance, and a matching 401k plan, subject to plan requirements.
  • Annual paid time off, including 9 paid holidays, 5 paid personal days, up to 4 weeks paid, and up to 8 weeks unpaid bonding leave, 8 hours of paid volunteer time, and additional sick time.
  • Opportunities for advancement within a growing firm
  • An organization that embraces radical candor, unreasonable hospitality, and shared dreams
