About the Family Law Associate Attorney Position

We are seeking a compassionate and emotionally intelligent Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team at Elise Buie Family Law Group (“EBFLG”). What you’ll be doing

As a skilled and caring Family Law Associate Attorney at Elise Buie Family Law Group, you will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice. Minimum qualifications for this role

  • A valid license to practice law in Washington
  • At least three years of experience in Washington family law, including motion and mediation experience (collaborative law and trial training are a plus but not required)
  • Preferably, two years of Washington estate planning experience or interest in estate planning
  • Familiarity with the current local rules of King County, Snohomish County, and/or Pierce County
  • Proficiency with tools such as Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Slack, Apple, Clio, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Exceptional writing skills (a writing sample will be required)

Compensation for this position: A percentage of all amounts collected for hourly fee work or of flat-fee amount upon closing.
